The cause of problems will be testified firstly. If it is the matter of GreatStar CAD Software, we will feedback the problems to our R&D dept. which will make a modify plan, and assign them to interrelated persons. More serious and common CAD problems will be solved firstly, and easy problems will be solved immediately. We,greatstar will release CAD update patches periodically (once every two months according to plan). Besides, update patches can be released according to customers' demands.
