Channel Policy   

Flat channel system 
Currently, GreatStar has both non-exclusive Licensed Distributor and Exclusive Licensed Distributor with licensed sales districts with scheduled annual sales amount. All of our distributing partners will cooperate with Oversea Sales Department of GreatStar.

Licensed Products for sale
GreatStar authorize the distributing partners to sale GStarICAD in licensed districts. GStarICAD has standard version and professional version, and for each version, stand-alone one and network one are both available.
 
Trademark Licensing
Distributing partners can use GreatStar' s Company Name, Company Logo, Product Name, Product Logo and other special marks belong to GreatStar to propagandize GStarICAD in licensed districts.

Free Trial of GStarICAD
In order to reduce the operating risk and sales investment for the partners, GreatStar authorizes the customers to download the trial version  free of charge and only satisfying the trial-using, the customers shall pay and purchase it from our distributing partners.

Channel Support

Professional Training
To its distributing partners, GreatStar will offer CAD product training, solving scheme training, CAD technical training, serving skill training etc. via Live Support, E-mail, MSN and so on. And it is free of charge.

Sales Support
During the sales and marketing process, GreatStar will provide electronic files of sales material, sales plan, propagandizing materials and technical materials through E-mail, MSN and so on.

Market Support
GreatStar will attend international software exhibition regularly, organize marketing activities and invite related medium to advertise and publicize its products. We also highly encourage our distributing partners to launch marketing activities independently.

Service Support
Distributing Partners will offer the installation, training and upgrading services to end-users, and GreatStar will provide online support through forum, MSN and so on.
